HIKERA is a Queensland-based brand built for people who walk, whether that's across Stradbroke's dunes, through the wet trails of Lamington, around the dusty edges of the Outback, or 800 kilometres across northern Spain on the Camino de Santiago.

Our Story

HIKERA started with a soaked backpack and a stubborn idea.

A few too many torrential downpours in the hinterlands. Cheap ponchos tearing, raincoats soaking through, gear turning into a mess kilometres from the car. Frustrated but inspired, we sketched out a lightweight, tough-as-nails poncho that could do more than just keep the rain off.
